To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation.
Specifically, they will be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and to banks and financial entities for collection of the service provided or product purchased, as well as to those responsible for the processing necessary for the execution of the agreement.
In the case of purchase or payment, if you choose a web application, platform, bank card, or some other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or processed in its environment, always with maximum security.
Any international data transfer when using American applications will adhere to the Privacy Shield agreement, which guarantees that American software companies comply with European data protection policies regarding privacy.
Do we process data of minors?
We do not process data from children under 14 years of age, therefore, please refrain from providing it if you are not of that age.

You may request the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases:

– When the Controller does not need to process your data but you need it to exercise or defend claims.
– When you have opposed the processing of your data for the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, while it is verified whether the legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over yours.
PORTABILITY
You may receive, in electronic format, the personal data that you have provided to us, as well as transmit them to another entity.
There are forms available for the exercise of rights that can be requested by email info@chamali.es, using those prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI. If you act through a representative in the same way, it must be accompanied by a copy of your ID or an electronic signature.
The forms must be submitted in person to Chamali, SLU or sent by postal mail or email to the addresses that appear in the “Responsible” section.
You have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been adequately addressed. The maximum period to resolve is one month from receipt of your request.
In the event of any modification to your data, please inform us in writing in order to keep your data updated. How long will we keep your personal data? Personal data will be maintained as long as you remain linked to us. Once unlinked, the personal data processed for each purpose will be kept for the legally established periods, including the period in which a judge or court may require them in accordance with the statute of limitations for judicial actions. We will maintain all information and communications related to your purchase or the provision of our service, for as long as the guarantees of the products or services last, to address possible claims.
